you market your property to perspective clients even before
construction begins. These renderings are all hand drawn and not
computer generated. They are ideal for copying and scanning to
create effective and appealing advertisements and brochures. We can
also supply the renderings on a CD in jpeg (for
website/internet) and tiff (for traditional printing)
formats.

Listed
prices based on supplied plans, photos, phone consultations and
faxed roughs. Personal consultation at your office is available
(additional charges may apply). Finished artwork shipped may involve
extra shipping charges (we hand deliver whenever possible). All
orders totaling under $800.00 must be prepaid. Orders $800.00 and
above require 50% deposit with balance due at delivery. Estate homes
(4,701 to 7,000 sq. ft.) are priced 50% more than published prices. Large
Estate homes (7,001 sq. ft. +) are priced per project. Multi-unit
Town Homes are priced per project. Prices/Services may change at any
given time. Not responsible for typographical errors existing on
